Noelle Jozefowicz, LPC
Like my clients, I dream of and strive for a world where people are treated with kindness, respect and dignity. I help my clients process their past experiences, change negative thought patterns, uncover their natural strengths, find self-acceptance and connection, and make choices they take pride in.
I believe that therapy is a safe place to learn about and be your true self. I believe in the healing power of connection. Through our work together, my hope is that you feel comfortable sharing your story, you feel valued and heard, and that you know you are not alone. I am empathetic, genuine, and nonjudgmental. As your therapist, I will be your ally and advocate. In therapy, we will spend time learning about what matters to you, what guides you, and what obstacles you may be facing. We will explore past experiences to understand how they may be showing up in current relationships with others and in your relationship with yourself. We will come to a greater understanding of your inner struggles and develop tools you can use on your journey towards personal healing and growth. I offer feedback and insights and incorporate therapy techniques based on your goals. Most importantly, you will have a space where you can discover and be your authentic self, feel supported, and learn skills to help navigate emotions, experiences, and relationships.
